This clause is jointly concluded by you and 3draws member service provider and has the effect of contract. We remind you to pay attention in bold, color mark or other reasonable ways and ask you to read the terms of this agreement that may have a significant relationship with your interests, including but not limited to the terms that exempt us from liability (hereinafter referred to as "exemption terms"), the terms that restrict users' rights (hereinafter referred to as "restriction terms"), the terms that stipulate dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction, etc, If you believe that these terms may cause damage to your interests or rights under specific circumstances, you must read the above terms again before confirming your consent to this agreement or before using 3draws member services. If you do not agree with any or all of the terms of this agreement, especially the foregoing terms, please do not use these terms in the form of confirmation (including but not limited to clicking agree, accept or next, entering the purchase procedure, paying fees, etc.). When you click agree, accept or next, or purchase procedures, pay fees and other behaviors, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to sign this agreement, indicating that you have reached an agreement with us, and voluntarily accept and abide by all the provisions of this agreement. If you are under age, please read and confirm the terms of this agreement with your legal guardian.
1、 Definition and description of the agreement
1.1. 3Draws usage rules
That is, the user rules, activity rules, use rules, announcements, tips, notices, online FAQs and other contents about 3draws users published and revised by our app provider from time to time.
1.2. 3Draws service provider
The person or group that provides our 3Draws program services to you is referred to as "we" in this agreement.
1.3 application data
It refers to all kinds of data recorded by the app during your use of our program, including purchase logs, recharge records, member levels, member periods, member assets and other data.
1.4 modification of agreement
We have the right to modify the terms of use at any time (the modification includes changing, adding and reducing the corresponding terms). Once the terms of use are modified, we will publish them through system prompts and / or information push and / or background announcements. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with the modification of this agreement, you may stop using this clause. If you continue to use these terms, you shall be deemed to have accepted all modifications of this agreement. The updated terms of use shall take effect from the date of publication.
1.5 principle of use
In the process of using 3draws services, you should abide by the Constitution and laws, including but not limited to the copyright law of the people's Republic of China, the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the security protection of computer information systems, the regulations on the protection of computer software, the regulations on the Administration of Internet electronic announcement services, the regulations on the protection of the right of information network dissemination, the network security law and other laws and regulations related to computers and the Internet; We should abide by public order, respect social morality, not endanger network security, not use the network to harm national security, honor and interests, incite subversion of state power, overthrow the socialist system, incite secession and undermine national unity, promote terrorism and extremism, promote ethnic hatred and discrimination, disseminate violent, obscene and pornographic information, fabricate and disseminate false information to disrupt economic and social order, And activities that infringe upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of others. In any case, once we reasonably believe that the user has the above behavior, we can terminate the service provided to the user at any time without prior notice.
2、 3draws subscription service special agreement
2.1 subscription service
We have the right to unilaterally price the monthly and annual subscription services provided by them, and have the right to make changes according to their own operational needs, and we hereby obtain your authorization to uniformly adjust the products you have subscribed according to the platform.
2.2 equipment and system differences
You may use different specific services due to different software versions, devices, etc. or other third-party reasons, which may cause you inconvenience. You understand and agree to exempt us from relevant responsibilities.
2.3 you understand and agree that we can send you promotional information or other relevant business information by email, on-site information, SMS, wechat, website announcement or other means.
2.4 subscription
You should apply to Apple's in app purchase (IAP) payment. After the subscription is completed, no transfer or refund is allowed.
2.5 you shall not open these terms for yourself or others through any of the following ways:
● This clause is opened for self or others for the purpose of profit-making, operation and other non personal use;
● Open these terms for yourself or others through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen brushing software and other programs and software;
● Open this Clause for yourself or others by any improper means or in a way that violates the principle of good faith;
● Open these terms for yourself or others in a way not designated by us;
● Open these terms for ourselves or others by infringing upon our or others' legitimate rights and interests;
● Open this Clause for yourself or others by other means in violation of relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc.
3、 Service period
3.1 The term of this clause shall be subject to the term you choose and successfully pay the corresponding service fee.
3.2. You understand, understand and agree that the service period of this clause includes the reasonable time required by us to solve the fault, server maintenance, adjustment, upgrading, and handling of infringement by a third party. We will not compensate for the time required for the above situations.
3.3. Do not use this clause to commit any act that infringes the intellectual property, property rights and reputation rights of us and any third party;
3.4. This clause is a charging service. If we infringe or damage our charging behavior by any means, we reserve the right to investigate the perpetrator's responsibility and claim compensation;
3.5. Do not use this clause to commit any act that endangers or is suspected of endangering minors;
3.6. Do not use this clause to engage in any act in violation of laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, etc;
4、 Suspension, termination and change of services
The suspension or termination of this clause includes the following circumstances:
4.1 The user voluntarily suspends or terminates the service, including but not limited to the failure to renew the service upon expiration;
4.2 We voluntarily suspend or terminate the service due to the user's breach of contract;
4.3 We suspend or terminate the service due to the requirements of the state or relevant departments or the occurrence of force majeure;
4.4 Other services that should be suspended or terminated according to laws and regulations.
4.5 after the suspension or termination of the service, we have the right but not the obligation to ensure that you receive special prompt or notice. When you find that you cannot use the terms of the por version, you can consult our customer service personnel.
4.6 in addition to the responsibilities stipulated by law, we shall not bear any responsibility for the user and any third party for the suspension or termination of this clause;
4.7 the fees collected will not be refunded;
4.8 You agree that due to the particularity of Internet services, we have the right to modify, change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services for legal reasons. We reserve the right to make the above changes without notifying you, and you agree that the terms provided in accordance with any provision of the terms agreement can be changed, interrupted or terminated without prior notice. And you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss caused by the change.
5、 Automatic renewal service rules
These rules are deemed to be the 3draws terms of use (link address: http://www.3Drawss.com/TermsOfUse.html If the link address is changed, the content corresponding to the changed link address shall prevail; In case of any other link address change, the foregoing provisions shall apply.) The supplementary agreement to the agreement is an integral part of the agreement and constitutes a unified whole. In case of any conflict between these rules and 3draws member service agreement, these Rules shall prevail. If you click to subscribe, subscribe and use 3draws automatic renewal service, you will be deemed to have agreed to the rules.
You understand and agree that:
5.1 this clause is an automatic renewal service provided for you on the premise that you have subscribed to 3draws membership service. If you open these terms, when each billing cycle is about to expire, you will deduct the service charge for the next billing cycle from the balance of your iTunes account (hereinafter referred to as "account"), including but not limited to monthly and annual billing cycles. The premise of this service is that you have opened an account bound to iTunes and can successfully deduct money from the above account. The risk and loss of renewal failure due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account shall be borne by you.
5.2 Subscription period: 1 month, 1 year, etc. you can choose by yourself.
5.3 After purchasing the automatic renewal service, the fees will be automatically deducted from the iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration of each billing period and the validity of the member corresponding to the billing period will be extended.
5.4 To cancel the automatic renewal function, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings" - > enter the "iTunes Store and app store" - > click "Apple ID", select "view Apple ID", enter the "account settings" page, click "subscribe", and select 3draws to cancel the subscription. If the automatic renewal function is not cancelled 24 hours before the expiration of the billing period, the subscription will be renewed and deducted automatically.
